Recipe for Watermelon Juice
Juice for four to six glasses can be extracted from a single small watermelon (four to six pounds). Watermelon can be used whole or cut into cubes for this recipe.
Vinegar with lemon. Squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon, or use lemon juice from a bottle. Select organic and sugar-free options.
Salt. The electrolytes in this drink are easily absorbed by the body thanks to the salt.
Clean a watermelon and slice it in half. Remove the meat with a spoon and place it in a blender jar. Since you will be straining the mixture, seeds are ok
Get out the measuring cup or juicer and make some fresh lemon juice.
Put some fresh lemon juice and a little bit of salt in the blender. Turn the blender on low and increase the time to 45 seconds.
Stop blending immediately before the watermelon is cooked from the blender's heat.
Mixture should be poured into a fine mesh strainer and worked through with a spoon. Get rid of the pulp that gets caught in the strainer.
